These terms cover your use of DivCal, the iOS dividend calendar app published by Richardson Dackam.

1. What DivCal is

DivCal shows dividend dates and payout information for the stocks you track. It is an informational tool, not a brokerage, and it does not buy, sell, or hold any securities for you.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in DivCal is financial advice, and we are not a registered investment advisor. Do not make investment decisions based solely on this app. Talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything you see here.

3. Data accuracy

Dividend dates and amounts come from public company filings and third-party data providers. Companies can change dates, and data can arrive delayed or contain errors. We work to keep it current, but we do not guarantee that it is accurate or complete.

4. Subscriptions

DivCal Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available as:

Annual: $49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. The trial is free; the yearly price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Monthly: $7.99 per month, with no trial.

Prices are in USD. Apple converts to your local currency and shows the exact price at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. To manage or cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, and choose DivCal Pro. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription, and we cannot cancel it for you because Apple handles all billing. Apple's App Store terms apply to every purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Use DivCal for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the app or extract its bundled data at scale for republication or resale.

6. Intellectual property

DivCal, its design, and its text are owned by Richardson Dackam. Company logos and names shown in the app belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for investment losses or decisions made using DivCal, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. DivCal is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
